Never a cut-off logo
Your clip is repeated edge to edge in whole copies only. Leftover pixels are split evenly at both ends and filled with your clip's own background colour, matched exactly.
LED ribbon video for stadiums
RibbonReady turns a single video into the exact LED ribbon files each stadium asks for. Tick the venues, press Render, and every screen comes out at its own size, frame rate, length and file type, named the way the venue wants it.
How it works
Any length, any height. RibbonReady reads the frame rate, finds the background colour, and checks whether the content scrolls.
Pick venues from the built-in list, grouped by league, or add your own sizes. A spec check warns you if your clip's frame rate, height or length doesn't suit a screen.
Every file is made in one pass, with the step, the overall percentage and the time left on screen. Screens with the same spec are encoded once and copied under each venue's name.
Features
The fiddly rules that get files sent back are handled for you.
Your clip is repeated edge to edge in whole copies only. Leftover pixels are split evenly at both ends and filled with your clip's own background colour, matched exactly.
Designed a wide ribbon for one size? RibbonReady finds the artwork's repeat and stretches it to the other width, keeping both ends intact and carrying gradients across without a join.
Scrolling content is spotted when the video loads. Scrolling-only screens get whole copies fitted to the exact width, so the loop joins left to right.
Flag a screen for timecode and it gets LTC on the right audio channel, your audio on the left, and a timecode track. Drop-frame is supported at 59.94.
H.264 MP4 or MOV, or HAP for large Daktronics-style displays, per screen. Frame rate and length follow each venue's spec, including 15 s and 5 s versions.
For venues driven from a standard HD feed, long ribbons can be cut into rows and stacked into a 1920 × 1080 frame, timecode and venue names included.
Make a 1920 × 1080 preview that shows every ribbon on one frame, so a sponsor can approve the look before match day.
Add up to three custom sizes to any render, with their own width, height, frame rate and length, and save them to your screen list for next time.
The venue list and the app update automatically when you're online. Updates install the next time you open the app, never in the middle of a render.
What you get
File names carry the venue, the screen and the size, and follow the venue's own naming rules, such as the cricket TL numbers.
Venues
The presets come from the venues' published LED specs. Search the list below to see what's built in today.

Any common video file. A clip designed at the ribbon's height works best, but RibbonReady scales it to each screen's height and repeats it to the width. The spec check tells you if the frame rate or length won't suit a venue.
Yes. Once activated it renders offline and only needs to check in every 14 days. For computers that are never online there's an offline activation code tied to that machine.
Yes. Add a custom screen with its width, height, frame rate, length and file type, and save it to your list. Send it to us and we can add it for everyone.
HAP is a video format some large LED systems, including Daktronics, prefer for very wide displays. Most venues ask for H.264 MP4 or MOV. RibbonReady makes whichever each screen's spec says, or both.
